Support day-to-day communication with assigned publishers and partners, helping maintain strong client relationships and ensuring timely responses to requests.
Assist with onboarding of new partners, including platform setup support, documentation sharing, and basic training coordination.
Monitor partner performance metrics such as revenue, traffic, fill rate, CPM, and viewability, and escalate insights or issues to senior team members.
Help identify optimization opportunities across monetization channels under guidance from senior Account Managers.
Coordinate internally with Product, Ad Operations, Development, and Support teams to follow up on partner requests and issue resolution.
Participate in regular check-in calls and business review meetings with partners alongside senior team members.
Assist with implementation and troubleshooting related to video players, ad tags, ad serving integrations, and monetization setups.
Support CMS configurations, player template updates, and partner-specific setup tasks when needed.
Track client requests, feature developments, and ongoing tasks through internal project management tools.
Support billing, invoicing, and subscription-related operational processes.
Learn and develop understanding of TargetVideo products, services, and digital advertising ecosystem.

Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, Digital Operations, or similar roles (internship experience is also welcome).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with interest in reviewing data and performance metrics.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Basic experience or familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Trello, or Salesforce is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest in digital advertising, video monetization, or programmatic ecosystem.
Basic understanding of Google Ad Manager, Prebid, Header Bidding, or ad serving concepts is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with video platforms, CMS tools, or OTT environments is considered a plus.
Interest in AI tools and automation is a plus.
Willingness to learn technical concepts related to ad tech and video monetization.
